er name is Avdotya (Evdokia) Istomina 1799-1848 - (The last photograph is Aydotya as seen in Wikipedia).
Debuted in the Imperial Russian Ballet in 1815.
As it says on the paper, the artist is unknown. The small painting of the ballerina says: Avdotya Istomina in the role of Flore.
I have copied the Wikipedia address for information on Avdotya. Th article is quiet extensive and there is a beautiful painting of her.
There is also a extensive information in Russian.

The metal is representational of this work
    Not Sterling Silver.
I do not know the brooch’s age.
