    Description

    Purchased in the 80's when I visited Russia, available are two winter, Christmas themed hand painted lacuer Russian brooches / pins. Both are signed but
    the premier and more valuable pin is hand painted and signed Troyka. It is made of wood and the detail is amazing. It depicts a couple in a sleigh with three galloping
    horses and the driver wearing a red hat with gold whip in hand.
    The second pin, though paper mache, is beyond beautiful as well. Features a Christmas Angel with blue wings, a gold star in the night's sky and a snow flocked Christmas tree with gold ornaments. It is also signed by the artist, please see photos.
